There is something very special about our market. Maybe it’s the entrepreneurial spirit of vendors like you or the openness of vendors to work together and support each other. There are many reasons to join our market, and we hope you will! Please email us if you have any questions.

The Conway Community Market hosts an assortment of agricultural, prepared food, and artisan vendors. Vendor applications are received throughout the Market season (September - May).

Vendor Agreements

Vendors must read and accept the Rules & Regulations available below and submit payment.

The Market will review vendor applications based upon product type, current number of vendors selling similar products, and product quality. With the exception of agricultural products, The Market strives to have no more than 2 vendors selling very similar items. This is determined on a case by case basis by the Market committee. The uniqueness of vendor items will be considered in vendor acceptance decisions.

Sponsors have sole priority, therefore vendors competing with sponsor businesses, will not be accepted. Please reach out to the Market Director for sponsorship information.

Payment must be made within two business days upon approval of the application.
Applications must be completed 2 weeks prior to the scheduled market date.
No refunds will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor.
Vendors who fail to show up for an event may be restricted from future events.
Vendors may not “share” a booth with non-registered vendors.
Vendors MUST be set up no later than 9:45 am and may not start breaking down until 2:00 pm.
The Market does not allow the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or other hazardous items.
Orange County Parks prohibits the sale of any alcoholic beverage Vendors, who do not have a product to sell, are encouraged to hand out promotional products.
Vendors may not park on any of the grassy areas adjacent to the pond area. Electricity, tables, chairs and canopies are the responsibility of the vendor.

Vendor Fee Schedule

Service or merchandise businesses - $55
Distributor products like Scentsy, Origami Owl, It Works, etc. - $55 (Limited Availability)
Produce, plants, craft, food products, non-profit with items to sell or pet supplies - $45
Non-profit providing information only - $25

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to make payment.
