The Conway Community Market hosts an assortment of agricultural, prepared food and artisan vendors. Vendor applications are received throughout the Market season (September - May).

Vendor fee schedule

  • Service or merchandise businesses - $45
  • Distributor products like Scentsy, Origami Owl, It Works, etc. - $45  (Limited Availability)
  • Produce, plants, craft, food products, non-profit with items to sell or pet supplies - $35
  • Non-profit providing information only - $25

Vendor Agreements

 Vendors must read and accept the Rules & Regulations available below and submit payment. 


The Market will review vendor applications based upon product type, current number of vendors selling similar products, and product quality. With the exception of agricultural products, The Market strives to have no more than 2 vendors selling very similar items. This is determined on a case by case basis by the Market committee. Uniqueness of vendor items will be considered in vendor acceptance decisions. 


  • Payment must be made at time of application.
  • Applications must be completed 2 weeks prior to the scheduled market date.
  • No refunds will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor.
  • Vendors who fail to show for an event may be restricted from future events.
  • Vendors may not “share” a booth with non-registered vendors.
  • Vendors MUST be set up not later than 10:45 am and may not start break down until 3:00 pm.
  • The Market does not allow the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or other hazardous items.
  • Orange County Parks prohibits the sale of any alcoholic beverages.
  • All vendors with taxable items must have a valid Florida Sales Tax ID number to participate in the Market.
  • Sales Tax ID numbers can be obtained online here.
  • Vendors, who do not have a product to sell, are encouraged to hand out promotional products.
  • Vendors may not park on any of the grassy areas adjacent to the pond area.
  • Electricity, tables, chairs and canopies are the responsibility of the vendor.
