  • Payment must be made within two business days upon approval of the application.
  • Applications must be completed 2 weeks prior to the scheduled market date.
  • No refunds will be made due to weather or failure on the part of the vendor.
  • Vendors who fail to show up for an event may be restricted from future events.
  • Vendors may not “share” a booth with non-registered vendors.
  • Vendors MUST be set up no later than 9:45 am and may not start breaking down until 2:00 pm.
  • The Market does not allow the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or other hazardous items.
  • Orange County Parks prohibits the sale of any alcoholic beverage Vendors, who do not have a product to sell, are encouraged to hand out promotional products.
  • Vendors may not park on any of the grassy areas adjacent to the pond area. Electricity, tables, chairs and canopies are the responsibility of the vendor.

Vendor Fee Schedule

  • Service or merchandise businesses - $55
  • Distributor products like Scentsy, Origami Owl, It Works, etc. - $55 (Limited Availability)
  • Produce, plants, craft, food products, non-profit with items to sell or pet supplies - $45
  • Non-profit providing information only - $25
