The Conway Community Market hosts an assortment of agricultural, prepared food, and artisan vendors. Vendor applications are received throughout the Market season (September - May).
To apply to become a vendor member, complete the online application.
Vendor Agreements
Vendors must read and accept the Rules & Regulations available below and submit payment.
The Market will review vendor applications based upon product type, current number of vendors selling similar products, and product quality. With the exception of agricultural products, The Market strives to have no more than 2 vendors selling very similar items. This is determined on a case by case basis by the Market committee. The uniqueness of vendor items will be considered in vendor acceptance decisions.
Sponsors have sole priority, therefore vendors competing with sponsor businesses, will not be accepted. Please reach out to the Market Director for sponsorship information.
Vendor Fee Schedule
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to make payment.
